The House
- The house went under a modern renovation when we first moved in 2 years ago, fitted with brand new appliances.
- Driveway for 2 cars. None of us drive so the space would be all yours!
- Decent sized and easy to maintain garden.
- Open plan kitchen and living room leading to the garden
- 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
- Fast broadband area.

- £775 a month + around £75 for all bills

- Bright, lots of sunlight
- Quiet, facing the garden
- Fitted wardrobe
- Double bed

Housemates
- 3 professionals: Nick (27), Dan (23) and Ben (26). Working in tech and financial services.
- We’ll often cycle together, grab a drink on the common and chat throughout the day but equally respect individual space and our separate schedules.
- We work 2-3 days from home so really value a homely, clean and quiet space.

Local area
- 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line)
- 5 minutes walk to a large Sainsbury's
- 10 minutes walk to Aldi and Lidl, TK Max, Primark
- 10 minutes walk to Tooting and Broadway Market
- 5 minute walk to Anytime Fitness, The Gym and Tooting Leisure Centre
- 30 minute cycle to Richmond Park although Mason thinks he can do it in 20…
