Two Rooms in Tooting Broadway

We have two rooms available in our Tooting Broadway house from early April (our lease renews on April 6th but might have little wiggle room on this) We’re looking for two girlies (ideally 25+) to join us and make this house a home! 💕

🏡 The Rooms:
✨ Large Double Room – Spacious, bright, and the only downstairs room, so perfect for making your own cozy retreat! Comes with a double bed and frame too.
💰 approx £850pcm exl. bills

🌸 Small Single Room – Cute and cozy, ideal if you’re looking for an affordable spot in a great area!
💰 £600pcm exl. bills

The house (and rooms) come fully unfurnished, so we’re looking to buy some new furniture for the house and have a bit of a rearrange too! Bills come to approx £100pcm

8-min walk to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line) 🚇
Close to everything – gyms, cute cafés, Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Aldi, markets, and some amazing brunch spots! ☕🥐

4-bed house with a gorgeous garden – perfect for summer BBQs & wine nights! 🌿🍷

1 shared bathroom (never been an issue for us!) 🚿

We’re tidy but relaxed – we do our bit to keep the place feeling like a home!

Myself (25, Kiwi) and Rachel (25, South African) - we’re always up for a chat, a good book, and a cheeky glass of wine! We like to think of ourselves as super fun and easygoing, we love exploring the city and brunching/going on walks on the weekends! ☀️🥑

Rachel is a Teacher, and I’m a Training Coordinator.

Two amazing girls (25+) who are working professionals

Someone friendly, social, and considerate – we love a good house hang but also respect each other’s space!

No students, couples, or pets (sadly! 😢)
