Large double room available in Tooting!

Hi!

We have a room available from the end of April onwards in our 5 bedroom house in Tooting. The house is a c. 15 minute walk/5 min bus journey from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line to Bank/Waterloo) and under 5 min walk to Tooting mainline station (Thameslink into Elephant & Castle, the City and St Pancras). We’re also 5 minutes from a Lidl with several other local supermarkets nearby, and plenty of pubs and restaurants!

The house itself has a large kitchen/living/dining area, 2 bathrooms and a garden where we like to host BBQs in the summer! The available room is a great size and comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, desk and chair.

As housemates we’re a pretty chilled bunch - we like to hang out together at the pub or watching tv but also have our own friends and will go and do our own thing as well :) We all work office jobs with a mix of office time and working from home, so there’s usually someone around for some company!

Rent is £780 per month with a £715 deposit, and bills come to between £60-90 per month (on the higher end with the heating on in winter!) covering water, internet, electricity, gas, council tax and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
