Double room in Tooting Broadway

Hello!

I’m Becca and my flatmate is moving to Australia, so I’m in need of a new housemate!

The room comes with the bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is a shared living/kitchen area with large balcony windows/door. The flat is spacious and modern on the 3rd floor of a building.

A bit about me - I’m 30 and work as a project manager in events. I’m in the office 2 days a week and WFH the rest. I’m away every few months for work trips and also love a holiday. I’m a sociable and outgoing person and easy to get along with. I keep the flat clean and tidy, so would be looking for someone who’s the same.

I’m looking for someone to share the flat with who’s friendly and sociable, but also appreciates their own space. I love to eat out (especially a brunch), go for drinks, as well as chilled evening’s in watching a new series. Also love going for a coffee & walk, the gym, reformer Pilates etc.

Bills are separate from the rent and are approx. £150 a month. The landlords are really great and sort any issues we have super quickly!

Move in date would be the 4th July, but it will actually be available from the end of June! I’m looking to finalise everything as soon as possible, so please message me if you’re interested and if you have any questions at all!
