We’ve secured a lovely 3-bedroom house on Cromer Road in Tooting, but due to a last-minute dropout, we’re looking for a 3rd male housemate to move in with us!

📌 The Details:

* Rent: £2,600 pcm (£866.66 per person) excluding bills
* Move-in date: Currently Friday 21st March
* Unfurnished, but the landlady has agreed to provide brand-new beds & mattresses for all three rooms
* We’d love to furnish the rest of the house together using Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, etc., over the next few weeks
* Great-sized rooms, plus an extra space for a small WFH setup
* Location: Cromer Road, Tooting – a fantastic area with great transport links (10 minute walk to Broadway Tube) and amenities

* You'll be living with Miles (26, sports partnerships) and Lewis (27, finance)—both easygoing, sociable, and keen to make this a fun, friendly home. We’re big football fans, love sports, pubs, coffee, and traveling, and are always up for a mix of chilled nights in, pub trips, or the occasional big night out. We both have our own friends in London but want a house where we actually hang out rather than just co-exist. Clean, respectful, and looking for someone like-minded to complete the household!
