We have a large double room in a modern house in Tooting Broadway, available from 6th April.

The house is on a quiet road, only a short stroll from Tooting High Street. The property is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (+ study!) and has a private south facing garden, perfect for summer BBQs and outdoor workouts, plus a huge shed for storage.

We're a 9ish minute walk from Tooting Broadway station which gives you access to the Northern Line and there are plenty of buses to Wimbledon, Clapham, Brixton and more.

Current housemates are 3 girls: myself (29, advertising), Ffion (30, marketing) and Elizabeth (29, copywriter). We all work full time and are fairly busy during the week but love a pub outing, hot girl walk or reality show in the evening. We’d love to find someone who wants to be a friend as well as a housemate, but who also understands that everyone has their own social life too ☺️

Monthly rent is £1,120 which is inclusive of all bills, high speed internet, a cleaner fortnightly and a gardener to keep things in check a few times a year.
