Room available in friendly house share!

We are looking for a new female housemate to join us in our friendly 4 bed house share in Tooting Broadway. We are female professionals, aged 27-31.

The room is available at the start of December, however we can be flexible with the move in date.

Rent + bills = £815 (we manage the bills ourselves so this could be subject to change slightly)
Deposit = £722.59

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, large set of drawers and bed side table/ mini drawer unit. The rooms can also fit a small desk and additional storage space is available if needed!

Whilst we all have our own social lives, we are equally partial to chilling on the sofa together in the evenings with a glass of wine and watching some tv! We are looking for a clean and respectful housemate and someone is sociable and friendly to join us!

The house is in a fantastic location on a lovely residential road and is just a 6/7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station, 5 minutes to Tooting Broadway market and 10/15 minute walk to Tooting common.
