Double Room in Modern 3 Bed Flat

Sadly our housemate is moving out to due to moving in with her boyfriends and so we are looking for a new girl to move in!

The flat is situated about a 15 minute walk between Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line) and Earlsfield over ground station (14 mins to Waterloo!).

The flat is a newly built development (2022) and have a 24 hours concierge. It has a huuuge terrace which is great for hosting friends and sunbathing in the summer 👙☀️

The flat has 3 bedrooms and you would be sharing a bathroom with me one other as the other room has an en suite.

The flat is really nicely decorated, modern and homely! We make sure to keep the flat super clean and so looking for someone to who is equally clean 🥰

This is not a party flat by any means and we rarely have friends over for big drinking events etc however we are very relaxed about having friends from home staying for the weekend / boyfriends over etc and so you would also need to be comfortable with this!

A little about us - I’m 27 from Scotland and work in audit. I work from home quite often just depending on the time of year and so totally happy with someone who also works from home (room is big enough for a desk). Sophie works at wowcher as an affiliate & PR marketer and is in office 4 days of the week. At the weekends we tend to be out with friends at the pub / brunch / gym / going to the gym etc and would love for someone who is looking to be friends rather than just house mates 💓

The rent for the room is £1,230 including bills (will not vary throughout the year dependent on bills). Deposit will be £1,075.

The contract is for one year however is flexible if you want to move out early / find someone to replace you.

The move in date is 1st December however can try and be flexible with this 🥰

Pets are also allowed !!!!!
