Sadly I am leaving my lovely room and house mates in Tooting Broadway, and looking for someone to take over my room from the beginning of January. I will be moving out by the 4th.
The house is a 4 bed with 2 bathrooms, kitchen/living room and garden. So very spacious and no closet size bedrooms here! The room comes furnished with bed and 2 chests of draws. We are a short walk from tooting common and a 10/15 minute walk from Tooting Broadway overground and underground station. Great location, quiet street with plenty of shops, bar and gyms nearby.
Current housemates are 1 fantastic musician and 2 lovely PR girlies. All very friendly and considerate. We are looking for a fellow girl in her late 20s/early 30s who will fit in. Ideally used to being in a houseshare and is tidy, friendly and independent.
