Due to my flatmate sadly moving abroad for work, I’m looking for a female flatmate to fill her room for a three month period until the end of the lease with a view to renewing the contract with me from May 2026.

Dates: ideally 14th/15th Feb (but can be flexible) until 25th May 2026, with the option to then extend and be added to the contract for 12+ months with me, from then.
Rent: £1182 with bills included (council tax, water, heating & Community Fibre wifi)
Deposit: £1182

Location: Tooting Broadway.
The Tube station, big Sainsburys, a gym, Tooting Market, F45, the Selkirk pub, Post office, GP surgery etc are all within a 5-10 min walk. Location couldn’t be better.
M&S food and Gails are opening in the new year!
Tooting & Wandsworth Commons are approx 15 mins away for hot girl walks.
The flat is modern, clean, v warm in winter and has lots of natural light.

It’s a 2 bed in a small and secure block where everyone knows each other, and we have a huge roof terrace which is great in the summer! 
The room fits a desk and chair for WFH and benefits from an additional big wardrobe cupboard + communal storage on the landing.

I’m 34 and work in fashion, I’m in the office 3 days a week and WFH for 2, ideally your work pattern is similar.
I’m quite active, love the gym especially spin classes, and Married at First Sight, trips away, exploring new restaurants and a good book. I'm sociable but quite like my own space too.
I have an elderly well behaved rescue cat named Strawberry (photo in album) who loves a fuss and a cuddle, so if you like cats then look no further. She is very sweet and makes the flat feel more homely!

I’m looking for a woman over 30, who is used to living with others, is clean and respectful. Non smokers and no pets due to existing cat, sorry.
I’d say it’s ideal for someone looking for a peaceful space at the end of a long day, it isn’t a party flat. Maybe you’re a bit over living with lots of people and would prefer somewhere a bit more chilled/grown up! I would love the person who moves in to become a friend and be social rather than just filling the room.
