Posting on behalf of our two lovely flatmates Jess and Grainne as we are moving out of our 4bed flat just a 5min walk from Tooting Broadway tube and looking to fill our rooms!
We have two double bedrooms up for grabs, both £850pcm plus bills. We have lived here for the past year and a bit and love the flat and area so much. Tooting Broadway is a great place to live, great pubs and food and you’ve got the vibrant Tooting market which is a fun night out.
A bit about your new flatmates! Jess (26) is a teacher and Grainne (25) works in Canary Wharf so are both out working most of the week, so ideally looking for someone on the same schedule. Really sociable and lovely girls who like to keep the flat clean and homely.
Looking for 2 girls, ideally early/mid 20s who mostly work in the office but might be at home 1/2 days a week. This is a sociable flat so we’re looking for someone who wants to be friends with your new housemates but has their own thing going on too.
Looking to do viewings this week and move in date will be the weekend of the 17 January.
