Large back garden & 2 bathrooms. 3 min walk to Tooting Broadway station, large Sainsbury’s and Tooting High Street/Mitcham Rd with every shop you could possibly need. Approx 8000 gyms within 10 min walk so you can transfer whichever membership you already have.

Your future housemates:
Social bunch and like to hang out with each other often, but also respect each other’s own personal lives and space. Enjoy having a bev or two, but aren’t too keen on bringing the party back home.
