Cosy double room available in Tooting

I am moving back up North and looking for someone to replace me in my flashare from April 2026 (exact dates Tbc).

The room is a double furnished room including some shelves, a double bed and wardrobe. There is also under bed storage and space for a desk and chair.

You would be sharing with 3 professionals in their 30’s who are lovely, we are looking for someone who wants to make this flat their home and stay long term with a preference for a female to balance things out.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate, there is also a shared living room and kitchen. Local amenities like gyms, shops, pubs and tubes are walkable, you will also be a short walk from the Tooting markets.

This room would be ideal for a working professional who is clean and tidy and looking for a friendly flat share and a relaxing place to call home at the end of the day, definitely not a party flat!
