Double room in gorgeous house with garden

Hello! Unfortunately my time has come to leave this amazing house after 2.5 years here. I'm moving in with my partner, otherwise I would've loved to have stayed. In a testament to the area, I’m only moving a short walk away!

My room is a compact but cute and there is room for a desk and all the bits you need! The rent is £672. I honestly still can't believe how cheap it is.

Bills are around £100 (as well as a bi-weekly cleaner) and the deposit is £600.

The house has a shared kitchen and lounge with a big back garden for bbqs and whatever else we like! We also have a spare room which you could use as a second living room or whatever you need!

You would be joining Lucy (27), Hannah (27) and Bryce (29). They’ve all moved in recently so you’ll really get the chance to make the house your own with the added bonus of not having to completely furnish a new place from scratch.

We would be looking for someone of similar age, and who works 9-5 during the week. Someone who's easy going, enjoys having a laugh, is genuinely looking for a home, likes spending time with both housemates and own friends but is also clean and tidy.

Tooting overground is just over 5 minutes walk, both Tooting Broadway and Tooting Common are a 10 minute walk away and Tooting Bec is a 15 minute walk with frequent buses nearby too. There is also a gym at the end of the road and a big Lidl nearby.
