Cosy room next door to Tooting Broadway station

I’m looking for someone to replace me in my lovely room in a spacious three-level house, just a stone’s throw from Tooting Broadway Station!

The Room & House:
• Rent: £812.50 per month (+ bills, usually around £70)
• Furnished with a bed and wardrobe
• Balcony with lots of sunlight, a great spot to relax
• Large house over three levels, shared with three friendly flatmates
• One shared bathroom & a cosy living room (great for the occasional TV night – The Traitors was a fave!)

The Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Eliza, Ellie, and Chris, all working professionals. Everyone is friendly, respectful and occasionally go for drinks, but mostly have our own lives, this isn’t a party house!

Location & Transport:
• Right next to Tooting Broadway Station (Northern Line)
• 30 minutes to Central London, super easy commute!

Who We’re Looking For:
• Tidy, respectful, and friendly housemate
• Age range: Ideally Mid 20s-Mid 30s
• Not a party house, but social enough for a chilled drink now and then
• Move-in date flexible but ideally Late March / Early April
• Looking for someone long-term (1-year minimum)

Viewings will take place on the 9th, 10th & 11th of March to save making it feel like a full time job🙃
