Double room in Tooting Broadway

Room Available from early/mid April (exact date TBC) - Tooting Broadway £831 pcm. Deposit £735.50

I will be moving back home to Australia in April so looking for someone to take over my room in Tooting broadway! We’re in a fab location, just a 7 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station. The house is close to all the shops too with Sainsbury’s, Aldi, etc 5 mins walk away. There's loads of great places to eat, with Tooting Market close by, and lovely bars and pubs including The Castle and The Antelope. Street parking is also available via permit through the council.

We live in a spacious, homely 4 bedroom house spread over 3 floors with a large living room and kitchen leading out to a back garden, which is great in the summer. There are 2 bathrooms so there is generally no cross over with shower time! There’s also plenty of storage across the house, including a garden shed.

The room available is on the middle floor of the house, and features lots of built in storage. The room gets great natural light and quiet as there are only bedrooms on this floor (don’t have to worry about shower noise waking you up!) and faces the garden.

The bedroom comes unfurnished (apart from the built ins and side table) so prefer someone that can buy the bed frame and mattress off me for £100.

Bills wise, we all put £75-£100 each into a house account each month which covers all the usual bills plus Netflix Premium, Amazon Prime, wifi, and communal stuff like detergent, loo roll, etc.

A bit about your future housemates-
Jasmine (30) is an occupational therapist working in the NHS. Robyn (28) works in PR, and Nathalie (31) runs her own dog walking business. We enjoy spending time together, coming 2nd every week at the pub quiz 😅, sharing ownership of our plants 🪴, but also doing our own thing. We have a variety of interests but all share a love of food and drink so try to have nights in / out together when we can. We’re clean & tidy and like to make the house feel like a home.

We’re looking for someone like minded, similar ages and vibes to us, and of course LGBTQ+ friendly to join us! Open to someone who works from home 2-3 days a week or in the office all the time but as there wouldn’t been room for a desk in the bedroom it likely wouldn’t be suitable for someone who works from home full time.
