I am renting out 1 lovely big and light double room in a peaceful and friendly house very close to Tooting Broadway tube.

Available 27th March can be flexible on move in dates if needed. Earlier or later.

The house is very close to the buzz of Tooting Broadway including cocktail bar The Little bar, cafe Mud, Tooting market, and pub Antelope, and amazing selection of restaurants especially the curry houses, with the infamous Tooting lido up the road.

The house is an Edwardian property with a good sized living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining room, and decked garden. There is space for wfh in the room, there is also a spare room/office.

House mates include a kiwi couple and a British guy. Great people and are easy to get along with. Social and like to spend time together out of house as well

I am looking for a professional individual who is sociable, independent, and easy-going, and who is looking for place to call home.
