Hello! So this room is available from next month as I’ve managed to find myself a place of my own and need to move into there by the beginning of April.
I’ll be subletting it out for the next month, and then I’m going to be able to activate my break clause with the landlord but I will obviously recommend you to the landlord as a tenant so long as you enjoy living there.
The house is lovely as are the two housemates so I’m sure you’ll have a lovely time staying here!
