We have made an offer on a lovely, modern 4 bed, 3 bathroom house in Tooting Broadway. Rent will be approx £1000 per month + bills.

A bit about us:

• Annalise, 23, from Essex

• Ella, 24, from Liverpool

• Erin, 24, from Liverpool

We all currently work in London. We’re a social, fun house and love a mix of nights out, brunching, pilates, chilled evenings, and house activities together (usually involving far too much wine) x

We’re ideally looking for someone who wants to join as a friend, not just a housemate - someone equally social and chill, tidy, and up for making the place feel homely together.

Requirements:

- First months rent will need to be paid from 3rd April

- Will need a salary in excess of £30,000

The house is 4 bed, 2 bathroom (+1 downstairs toilet). Large kitchen, garden, living room. You would be taking one of the larger bedroom rooms on the first floor (bedroom in pic), sharing a bathroom with one person.
