A spacious double room available in a charming Victorian house in Tooting Broadway.

Our housemate and her cat are moving out after 5 years here to move in with her partner. The room is upstairs and faces the garden which gets a lot of sunlight through out the day. The garden itself is a great addition in the spring/ summer. The house also has a spacious living room to hang out in and watch TV. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is big enough to allow multiple people cooking at once, which is great when having a nice catch up with the girls after work.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, and two sets of bookshelves. It is bright, very spacious, and has plenty of storage space.

Please note that the desk and curtains in the photos belong to the current housemate- but the room does come with a wooden ikea desk and grey curtains.

There are 4 bedrooms in total and you would be living with 3 lovely girls. The 3 girls are all working professionals. It is a peaceful and tidy house, the girls are so genuine and lovely and they are looking for the same when selecting their new housemate.

The house is an 8 min walk to Tooting Broadway underground station and 10 mins to Tooting train station. There are also many bus routes around the area so it is very well connected. The area itself is great, it feels very safe and has plenty to offer. It’s a short walk to many supermarkets (sainsburys, aldi, lidl) and shops like TK Maxx and primark. There are also lots of wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby offering a range of different cuisines. The wonderful Tooting market is also a short walk away.

Rent : £717.50 per month. Rent has only gone up in £25- £30 pound increments each year

Bills : Ranges from £70-£100 per month

Deposit: £692 + £50 agency name change
