Room available! Friendly flat share in Tooting

(Aisling-hi!) I am looking for someone to fill our previous flatmates room in our lovely 4-bed flatshare in Tooting Broadway! He has moved abroad for work so the room is available from April 12th.

The flat is really conveniently located (5 min walk from Tooting Broadway station on the Northern line), there is always so much going on in the area (Tooting Market is also 5 min walk) and it’s a great place to live!

🛏 The room
- Large double room
- Comes furnished with a bed, desk, chest of drawers, big wardrobe and a bookshelf.
- Bathroom shared with only one other person
- Available March 12th
- The room is single occupancy so no couples, and professionals only please.

- Spread over two floors
- 4 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms

- Kitchen
- A garden which we share with a lovely man who lives on the ground floor.

- 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station on the Northern line
- 20 minute walk to Tooting Common
- 5 minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s and Lidl
- 5 minute walk to loads of amazing pubs, restaurants and Tooting market

💰The bills:
- Rent £612.50 per month
- Bills come in at £140 per month. This includes council tax, water, TV license, Wi-Fi, gas & electricity, and the cleaner who comes once every two weeks. This might change slightly depending on price rises in winter.
- Deposit is £450
- We have a house Monzo card for bills, shared house cleaning products etc. (this is where the £140 goes).

😊The housemates
We've all been in the flat for varying lengths of time but have since become close. I am Head of PE at a school, Jack works in films and Clemmie works in events.
We all have busy lives so are often out and about, but we all like to have a chat when we cook, go for a meal or drink when we can and catch up on an episode of the Traitors on the sofa!

We would love someone who is keen to get involved and make this house a home, but is also respectful of everyone’s time and space and is also clean and tidy.
