Room in a shared house, available from 1st of May.

Lovely, bright, furnished double bedroom (for single use) in Tooting Broadway. Perfect location on a quiet street, close to excellent transport, local supermarkets and shops.

You will be sharing the house with three friendly, chilled out professionals, in their 30s. We value respecting each other's private space, and keeping the house clean and quiet.

The house has a shared living room, a separate kitchen, one bathroom and one WC, and a rear patio.

We are looking for a friendly professional, in their 30s, preferably female, with a permanent full-time job. References required, self-employed or zero-hour contracts will not be considered.

Bills not included, monthly bills share is around 100 per person.
