Massive furnished room available in Tooting

Hello! Me and my flatmate Will (both 27) are just signing for a 3 bed flat 5 min walk from
Tooting Broadway station but our third friend has just dropped out. We’re very keen to keep this place so are looking for another mid/late twenties person to fill the room available from the 1st May!

The flat:
- On a quiet road just off Tooting High Street with all the amenities that offers
- Lovely full house with three double beds (loads of space for a desk/wardrobes etc), a kitchen/dining space and a little garden

About us:
- We’re both hybrid workers (once or twice a week in the office) who equally like the gym and a being sociable whenever the sun is out
- We both have friends in London but are very keen to have a nice social house too who’ll make good use of the locals and the commons
- We’re pretty clean and respectful and are looking for the same

About you:
- Ideally mid twenties to late twenties but flexible
- Professionals only, no students
- We’re very keen to have a sociable house who are up for drinks/cooking together but respect each others space as well
