Hi! We have 2 double bedrooms to rent in our social sharehouse in Tooting Broadway ✨

Room 1 - move in 1st May 2026
Rent: £965pcm
Spacious double room with plenty of light.
Room comes with double bed, wardrobe and 4 drawer dresser. Plenty of room for a desk etc as well if you need!

Room 2 - move in 1st June 2026
Rent: £815pcm
Cosy but bright small double room, which comes with small double bed but double mattress, 4 drawer dresser, bedside table and great built in wardrobe!

Rent for both rooms includes all bills! All normal bills, council tax, wifi, Netflix, fortnightly cleaner for communal areas and cleaning products, making it super convenient.

About you:
Looking for two people between 25-32 to keep the balance. Clean, tidy, respectful and good chat is a must. No couples - sorry! Must be able to pass rental checks, including a salary of 2.5x the monthly rental amount.

The house:
Communal living space, kitchen and washer/dryer. Large backyard & 2 bathrooms. 3 min walk to Tooting Broadway station, large Sainsbury’s and Tooting High Street/Mitcham Rd with every shop you could possibly need. Approx 8000 gyms within 10 min walk so you can transfer whichever membership you already have.

Your future housemates:
Tara - 25, Irish and works for the NHS. Recently moved to London and is trying to work out how to follow hello fresh recipes.

Allain - 32, Brazilian. Works as a Chef. Will cook you pancakes when you’re sad.

Georgie - 25, flying the flag for the Brits. Works in marketing, loves a lager and generally talking a load of waffle to any who’ll listen.

Mel - 32, Aussie living in London, also works for the NHS. Loves a good charcuterie, vino, Pilates and a weekend getaway. I’m leaving at the end of May to move in with a couple besties from home ☺️

We're a social bunch and like to hang out with each other often, but also respect each other’s own personal lives and space. Enjoy having a bev or two, but aren’t too keen on bringing the party back home.
