We’re looking for a fourth housemate to join our friendly home in Tooting Broadway!

👯‍♀️ About us:
You’ll be living with 3 girls aged between 29–35. We’re a sociable household who enjoy spending time together (binging Housewives, dinners, trip to M&S etc.), but we all have busy lives and respect each other’s space too.

📍 Location:
* Tooting Broadway
* 5 minutes from the tube
* Close to big Sainsbury’s and local amenities

🛏 The room & flat:
* Private balcony 🌿
* Access to a shared garden
* Bathroom shared with just one other person

💸 Costs:
* Rent (incl. bills): £1037/month
* Deposit: £887
* £50 contract name change fee
* Cleaner every 2 weeks: £13

📅 Move-in details:
* Available from 2nd May
* Contract runs from the 16th of each month, so you’ll pay 2 weeks’ rent upfront before moving into the standard monthly cycle

👤 Who we’re looking for:
* Female housemate aged 28–35
* Friendly, tidy, and up for the occasional social but also independent
