A cosy double room, super close to Tooting Broadway station, Tooting Market, Lidl and Sainsburys on a quiet residential road.

This room is on the first floor facing over the back end of the house and comes furnished. It comes with a bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelving. There is space underneath the bed for storage.

We all found the house on spare room and have become close friends since - we would love to find someone who would also like to be friends. We have the odd house dinner / party and tend to spend evenings yapping and watching TV however of course respect each other’s privacy. Queer friendly household.

Rent (£774) doesn't include bills but bills are roughly £90 per month. Total cost for the month comes out at about £864. Deposit £582.50.

The current housemates are Abby (27, graphic designer), Anna (25, performing arts) and Lauren (25, cultural affairs) who are all super friendly and down to earth and looking for someone of a similar vibe, clean and tidy to join our Tooting Sanctuary! Ideal for someone who works from home once or twice a week, but not fully remote.

The room will be available from 24th May 2026.

Things we enjoy: gardening, pints, trashy TV, arts and crafts, amateur DIY, having a boogie and hosting each other’s friends.

We have 2 toilets and 2 showers. Our landlady and local handyman are very responsive. We have a tumbledryer, large dining area, comfortable kitchen and living room and small garden at the back of the house.
