Hi!

We have a room available in our flat in Tooting Broadway and are looking for somone in their mid-20s to join us. You’d be living with two males and one female, all in our 20s and working full-time.

📍 The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station and a large Sainsbury’s, around 10 minutes to the common, and only a couple of streets from Tooting Market.

💸Rent is £900 per month, excluding bills, which are typically around £90. Deposit is £1000.

The available room is on the ground floor, along with the kitchen and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the other three bedrooms, plus a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. There’s also a good-sized living room.

We’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing who enjoys the occasional movie night, values a tidy space, and is respectful of shared living.

Ideally we are looking at move in dates for the end of May.
