A lovely, good sized double room available in a three-bedroom flat in Tooting Broadway!
I'm super sad to be leaving my lovely room in Tooting Broadway as I'm heading out to the USA to work on this summer's World Cup! It's been the perfect place as a first-time moving out to London.
The room comes furnished with a double bed with a newly-replaced mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TWO bedside tables and a storage unit.
The flat is seconds away from Tooting Broadway underground station, with the Northern Line getting you into Central London in approx. 20-25 mins! Tooting overground station is also a 10 min walk away.
There are plenty of pubs, bars and Tooting market is just a 2min walk from the property too
I leave for the States on 31st of May, so can be flexible with the move in date up until then, but preferably would have the new tenant in before 26th May. Please let me know if you would like it any sooner!
Rent is £700, and bills usually come to no more than £100, less in the summer months. Deposit is £730.
