We have a lovely double room available in our 2-bed flat in Earlsfield/Tooting from end of May through to end of January 2027.

It’s a bright, modern flat on the fifth floor of a newer development, and has been our home for the past few years. We’re relocating to Surrey with our young family for this period whilst the flat completes it's sale in February 2027. so looking for someone who’ll enjoy the space and treat it like home for the next 6-7 months.

The room itself is a spacious double and the flat has:

Private balcony (great sun trap)

24/7 concierge/front desk in the building
Really good natural light throughout

~12 mins walk to Earlsfield station (direct train to Clapham 4 mins, Vauxhall 8 mins, Waterloo 12 mins)
~15 mins walk to Tooting Broadway

River Wandle trail nearby for walks/runs

You’ll be sharing with one other female professional, who is friendly, tidy and respectful - it’s a calm, easygoing home rather than a party flat.

Second Room Also Available

We also have the second bedroom available in the flat as both rooms are currently available, also a spacious double at £1,200 bills included - so open to individuals or friends looking to take both rooms.
