Double bedroom available in a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat in Tooting Broadway from mid-June.

Room is bright, with its own bathroom (not ensuite but is your bathroom). Bedroom comes furnished with double wardrobe, mirrored wardrobe, large draws, small draws, and bed. The desk is mine but happy to leave it for the next person if they want it!

Parking spot available and is included in the rental price - only one space per flat but the other flat mate doesn't use it.

Flat has a large outdoor terrace too which we've used quite a lot.

There is also a bit of storage in the flat where i've kept suitcases and stuff so plenty of storage space if you need it.

Flat is a 7min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station which is ideal.

I'm moving out as I'm moving overseas but you'll be living with a lovely 28 year old girl from London. We met at uni and have lived with each other in the flat nearly 3 years. She works from home 5 days a week, loves a trip to the pub, watching a bit of sports and is all round a great housemate.

Ideally looking for someone who works in the office 4/5 days a week. Move in date would be 17th June.

Bills: circa £130 / month (inc. cleaner that comes once a month)
