Gemma, Tommy and I are looking for 1 other person to join us and complete our new 4 bed house from the start of June.

We’re hoping to find someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy, and ideally someone who’s looking to be friends as well as housemates. We already spend quite a bit of time together doing things like walks, pub quizzes, board games, dinner parties, cocktails, live music, BBQs and the occasional karaoke night 🎤🍹

We also have a lovely friendship group locally in Tooting so would love someone who wants to slot into that and make the house feel like home 💛

The available room is on the 2nd floor and comes with a bed and wardrobe, plus a Juliet balcony ☀️

Gemma and Tommy actually met through a Facebook group when Tommy was advertising a room a couple of years ago and became great friends, so we’d love to find someone who fits that same energy and wants to be part of the house rather than just passing through!
