We have a large room (the biggest in the flat) available in a 3-bedroom home in Tooting (Zone 2), ideally located 10–15 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway (Northern Line) and just 2 minutes from Tooting railway station, making commuting into central London very convenient.

We’ve created a home that’s friendly and easygoing, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys a good balance—being social (a chat, occasional dinner or drink) but also respectful of each other’s space and routines.
