Looking for 3 housemates to join Amber, who has fallen in love with the property and is looking for some like minded, relaxed but fun people to join her and make a home!

Bedrooms all really good size, light, airy and fully furnished. Individual rooms share a brand new modern bathroom with two other housemates (bathroom being installed from mid May 2022 - please see current picture for size).

Bedroom 1: £865 first floor double and equivalent to master bedroom at front of the property. New mattress (2 years old). Newly decorated (May 2022). Plenty of storage space. Newly installed PVC windows.

Bedroom 2: £825 first floor double room, with view of the garden and sports field behind the house. Double bed and mattress. Wardrobe and side tables. Newly installed PVC window.

Bedroom 3: £975 double bedroom loft conversion with en suite. Lounge area. SEPARATE small room included on the floor below used previously as a walk in wardrobe and a study (comes with a desk and additional drawers).

No couples unfortunately, single occupancy only.

The house sits in front of a large sports field and as such is quiet and away from noise and traffic, yet a few minutes walk to the high street.

Well fitted out kitchen, cosy but allows for many a culinary masterpiece to be rustled up. Lovely shared lounge and garden with seating area and summerhouse for ample storage. All communal areas re-decorated for a modern, fresh feel May 2022.

Ben and I are now live out landlords after recently having our second baby but are always on hand. We hope you will come to love our house as much as we do.

Close to the local shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Tooting Broadway about 6 mins walk, local gym about 5mins. Plenty of parking although requires a permit from the council.

Rent includes: council tax, water, virgin broadband, tv license, cleaner and gardener. Gas and electricity are meter dependent and divided between all tenants (roughly £20 a month). Communal areas cleaned every 2 weeks.
