Hi, my name is Elle and I am advertising two double rooms in my flat in Tooting area, SWL (CR4) for £800 and £900 including some bills.

Both rooms include 2 wardrobes, a bed and mattress and have enough space for a desk.

There is a living room with a TV, dining table and sofa chair. The kitchen has a gas cooker, washing machine and wine fridge.

The flat has one bathroom that would be shared between us and has a shower with a rainfall shower head.

There is also a large garden at the back which has a cosy seating area and dining area (for you Al fresco diners!)

Location:

The flat is less than a 5 minutes walk to the station:
Balham in 5 minutes and Clapham Junction in 12 minutes.
From the bus stop 10 minutes to Tooting Broadway and 15 minutes to Colliers Wood (northern line tube).
20 minutes to London Victoria and to Elephant and Castle via train.

I would like to live with someone that is busy during the days (working or studying) and clean.

About Me:

I work in the city full time and wfh 2/3 days a week. On the weekends, I enjoy going to vintage markets, galleries, spending time in nature, rooftop bars, or grabbing brunch with friends.
