Hi people! My name is Elena and I am looking for a new flatmate from approx. 15th of November 2020 onwards.

The property is a fully furnished two bedroom - two bathroom flat with a spacious shared living room and kitchen. There is plenty of storage space, a fairly big balcony, a washer/dryer, dishwasher and broadband. The flat is located 5 mins away from Tottenham Hale Station (Victoria line/Greater Anglia/Stansted Express) which is 15 mins by tube to Oxford Circus, 15 mins by train to Liverpool Street and 35 mins by train to Stansted Airport. The flat is 3 mins walk from a gym (The Gym), Tesco Express, dry-cleaners, GP and 5 mins walk from a retail park with Argos, Lidl, Iceland, Boots, TKMax, Next and more.

The room is spacious, en-suite and has a double bed, two bedside tables, a juliette balcony and a big built-in wardrobe. The current tenant bought a bookshelf, a desk and an office chair that could be purchased separately if wanted.

The rent is £800 excl. of bills and the move in date will be early/mid November.
A little something about me! I am 26 years old and work full time in the legal sector. I am from Cyprus and I have been living in London since 2012. I am a very easy-going person who enjoys a nice dinner and watching Netflix after a long day at work (sums up my life in one sentence!). I am very respectful, clean and tidy and expect the new flatmate to be the same.

I am looking for a friendly female/male professional who will keep the flat clean and tidy, will enjoy a glass of G&T after a long day at work and will binge-watch Netflix with me!

The tenancy will be assigned from the leaving tenant to the new one and the deposit is £923 (for each tenant). The current agreement is for a fixed term and expires on the 14th of September 2021 but if agreed by all parties, it can be renewed.
