Penthouse’s bright and modern room with a view

Hey there! This lovely room in Tottenham Hale will be up for grabs since our beloved flatmate Evan is moving out.

About the apartment:
Located in the riverside of the Lea canal, this brand new building (we are literally the first tenants) offers incredible views of the canal and Walthamstow reservoir. Just 4 minutes walk from Tottenham Hale station (Victoria line and stanstead express). Concierge, gym, cycle garage and WiFi included.

About the flat:
We’re proud tenants of the west facing property on the 14th and last floor, the flat is divided in two stories (two rooms down and one up), with a beautiful kitchen-living room space where we love to hang out. Also, hands down the very best balcony in the borough, your next summer’s best friend.
Bills are around £150 a month (little more in winter)

About the room:
Genuinely beautiful and bright double room overlooking the canal, full direct sunlight all the afternoon (exquisite sunset spot). Central heating, wide mirrored closet, furnished with a double bed, mattress and two bed tables (not in pictures).
The room comes along with the best private bathroom in the flat. Wide, bright and with the one and only bath tub. The toilet is right in front of your room door (outside your room).

The area:
Our lovely Tottenham Hale was reciently redeveloped and the Walthamstow wetlands is where you would live now. Very calm and relaxed neighbourhood, seconds away from a lovely walk along the river or the wetlands, a pint in the Ferry Boat Inn or the Walthamstow brewery mile. We also have a Tesco express and Asda express 3 min away alongside nice coffees and delis. And of course the GREAT Tottenham Hale station previously mentioned, which can take you to Oxford Circus in a bit more than 20 minutes from our door.

About us!! You would be living with two professionals

Santiago (31): that’s me! Argentinian chef, absolutely crazy about food and music. Very outgoing and chatty. You won’t see me much since I work mostly at nights but I will be always around for a glass of wine in the weekends.

Tom (21): English, young professional, foodie, proper Spurs fan and a mighty chess player.
