I needs to move for work and I am on the search to find a compatible person for my flatmate 🤗

A little about my flatmate:
She is working in marketing and working from home once or twice a week. I would say about her that she is easy going, social, organised, respectful of others and fun to be around ! We both love a flatshare where we get along well as friends and spend some evening watching a movie, having a drink or being completely antisocial alone in our rooms - all is totally acceptable! 😁
Singlet, his lovely cat, is part of the house too. A little cheeky cuddly fluff 🥰

The perfect flatmate:
A person with who she can have a some form of connection with. Open minded souls who care for one another making life in this wild city a little kinder.

Friendly, social but also has their own thing going on, considerate, with a sense of humour and clean & tidy !

The Flat:
It’s a part furnished 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. A large common area with open kitchen and a lovely balcony!
In the building, we have access to a internal garden, working space, and a common living room. Tesco, Asda and The Gym are right at the bottom of the building.

The rooms on offer is a ensuite double room. £1300 + bills, around £150.

We're about 5 minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station with Victoria Line and Stansted Express.
