You will share the flat with only one person, myself.
My flat is always clean (there is a cleaner who comes over every week) and very tidy, superbly furnished and decorated.
It is a quiet space suiting someone who likes peace and quiet and enjoys their own company. You will have use of all the shared areas including a comfortable sitting room and kitchen.
Your bedroom is a single room with a large chest of drawers, single bed and a large wardrobe.
You will have your own, separate bathroom (a big one - 2, 50m x 2m) with a shower room and a bathtub.
Parking available at extra price.
Please note that the block of flats is under refurbishing works (cladding replacement), so it is covered with scaffolding towers until June-July 2024.
