We're advertising the larger, ensuite room of our beautiful sunny two bed flat on the 6th floor of the Gessner Apartment building.

The flat is spacious, tidy, well-equipped and modern. The room has lovely huge windows leading to the balcony and park views, withits own modern ensuite and plenty of space.

We're a friendly couple (30F & 29M), happy to socialise but also usually out and about for 3/4 nights a week so the flat never feels too crowded.

The Gessner building has a lovely roof terrace which is sun-trap in summer, as well as bookable BBQs, communal kitchen and living room (free Mon-Wed, with a fee for exclusive use other days), a quiet gym with all the basic equipment and two working areas on the upper floor and ground floor. It also has a 24/7 concierge.

The building is also only 3 minutes from the Victoria Line which takes you to King's Cross in 10 minutes, and to Oxford Circus in 20 so easy to get around, even at night with the nighttube.

The bills in the flat are about £180 a month per room (even throughout winter!) with internet, gas, council tax, electricity and water.

We are looking for either one person or a couple who is friendly, relatively tidy and will be respectful in terms of late-night noise.

We are hoping to stay for 6 months at first then we can decide if we want to continue!
