Hello there!

I will be away from the 29th of July to the 4th of September, a total of 5 weeks. During this time, I am looking for someone to rent my double room.

The house is a brand-new, two-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a large garden, a separate living room, and a separate kitchen. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Leisure Centre, where you can find all the amenities you may need.

I currently share the house with another individual who will be present during my absence and will take care of the house.

The room available for rent is a spacious double room with a bunk-style king-size bed. There is also a bathroom right next to the room for your convenience.

The rental price is £180 per week, with a two-week deposit required. Please note that all payments must be made in advance.

To ensure a peaceful and respectful living environment, I kindly request that no guests, pets, or parties be allowed in the house. Only the temporary tenant will be permitted to use the room and the communal areas of the house.
