Ever had your own towpath and canal and river frontage before? Take a look!
A tranquil gem in North London. Lovely bright and private 2 bed flat, situated in natural grounds on it's very own wharf surrounded by water, and boasting excellent transport links to central London, Stratford, the City, and north to Stansted and Cambridge.
UPDATE:
**Availability from 15th November**
** The bigger room / room 1 is available, I am currently moving out of my lovely, spacious, vibrant and cozy current two bedroom flat in Tottenham Hale and so am searching for someone to take over start to middle of November!
The smaller or larger room is available for you to choose from, my current flatmate is flexible on that. You will be sharing with a 29 year old professional guy who is studying for a PhD in Economics currently. He is a very easy going, chill, tidy, respectful flatmate and appreciates respecting other people’s space and privacy whilst still being sociable and outgoing.
The flat itself is located in a really good place, buzzing area, peaceful, convenient transport link, lots of stores, cafes, spacious, lots of nature too surrounding as well as a gorgeous canal.
If interested send me a text asap :)
The flat is cosy (50 Sqm) and bright, easily accessible on the ground floor, with the privacy of all windows looking out onto the communal garden and bushes on either side. The flat is furnished, and there are 2 bedrooms, one larger and one small double; one bathroom with bath and shower, and a bright open plan lounge and kitchen.
The flat is on Bream Close, which is in the lovely grounds of Heron Wharf, a private development with a single entrance, and natural grounds. There is private canal frontage and towpath on one side, and a tree lined river on the other. The Walthamstowe Wetlands (Europe's Largest Urban Wetland) are across the river - great for walks, followed by good coffee and tasty pastries at the EngineRoom coffee shop. There is fantastic wildlife, including plenty of birds, ducks and swans.
Outside the Bream Close bubble, there is plenty of eclectic north London vibe. The area boasts an increasing number of breweries, bars and coffee shops. The Ferryboat Inn is a great pub just over the road, the Beehive is another lively gem in towards Tottenham, and the Post Bar is great for later nights. The area has a nice buzz with both student accommodations, and many newbuilds around.
There are excellent local amenities - Tottenham Hale Train and Underground station about 7 minutes walk; a Tesco 5 minutes walk, a The Gym 5 mins walk, the Tottenham Retail Park with various shops under 10 minutes walk, and a GP surgery within about 5 minutes walk. If you swim, there is a full size pool and leisure centre about a 10 min run/5 min cycle/10 min bus away.
Transport links are excellent: 123 Bus stop 1 minute away in the main road. From Tottenham Hale Station (7 min walk) you can get to Oxford Circus in 16 minutes on the Victoria Line, Kings Cross in 11 min; to Liverpool St in 15 min, Stratford in 13 min, and Stansted Airport in 36 min.
The total for the available smaller room is paid monthly in advance and comprises £832 for rental, the bigger room is also paid monthly in advance and comprises £982 (includes the service charge for the development, and water) and ~£150 for bills. The deposit is £1000.
(Total rent for the whole flat equates to £2114 including bills)

* References will be requested.
Thanks! I look forward to hearing from you.
