We are looking for someone to take over our furnished room, in an excellent building. The room includes a bed, draws and bedside tables.

Move in date is flexible between 4 April - Mid May.

- Stansted Express is right on your doorstep
- 15 mins to Stratford Westfield
- 17 mins to Kings cross
- 13 mins to Hackney
- 15 min walk to Overground (Weaver) at Bruce Grove

Current housemates:
- Couple in their late 20's
- Professionals working in tech, in the office most days

The current lease is set to end on 31 July 2026, but you will have the option to stay on longer if you wish.

Bills come to approximately £200/month.
