💰Rent: £190 per week if starting from June, £200 pw if starting May, £210 if starting Apr. Negotiable. (official price £275) All bills included

💰No deposit at accommodation. £200 deposit returned after 7 days

• 8th floor, 3-person flat (2 other UCL student), clean shared kitchen, very good sound insulation
• Warm in winter with heating & cool in summer (bright room without direct sunlight, good airflow)
