I am subletting a room from 16 May 2026 to 13 September 2026. The rent is £230 per week, with bills included.

The room is in a quiet 3-bedroom flat on the 9th floor. It is very peaceful and not noisy at all. The flat has good facilities, fast gigabit internet, and includes water and electricity bills. Some daily essentials can also be provided when you move in, so it will be much easier to settle in.

The location is very convenient. It is only about 4 minutes’ walk to Tottenham Hale Station, with Victoria line, train services and many bus routes. King’s Cross is around 10 minutes away, Oxford Street around 20 minutes, UCL around 20 minutes, LSE around 30 minutes, and KCL around 35 minutes. By train, Liverpool Street and Stratford are both around 15 minutes away, and Stansted Airport is around 30 minutes away.

There are many shops and facilities nearby. The Gym Group, Tesco and Asda convenience store are about 2 minutes’ walk away. A larger shopping area is around 7 minutes’ walk away, including Lidl, Asda Living, Boots, Poundland, TK Maxx, JD, Starbucks, Burger King, Subway, Pret and Greggs.

This room would be ideal for students or young professionals looking for a quiet, convenient and good-value place to stay in London.
