Very light and quiet. Located on the first floor of the house, in furnished with a double bed ( good quality mattress), a wardrobe, good chest of drawers, a desk and a small bedside table.

THE HOUSE/ Amenities
Modern decor, Good kitchen equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, a washing machine and over/hob. and a small table+chairs.
Lovely garden to chill out in the hot days.
There are 2 full bathrooms in the house.

THE LANDLADY:
Professional with 25+ years experience, member of the NRLA (National Residential Landlords Association), operates 100% legally and is very efficient when it comes to maintenance issues.

Rent is inclusive of all the utilities and broadband. Also you will get the benefit of a cleaning lady coming once a week.
