My flatmate is moving early January and I am looking for a new one, or a couple, to occupy the second double bedroom in a first floor flat. The flat is in Whetstone, very close to the park/golf course and 10 minutes away on foot from the Totteridge and Whetstone tube station. It is also just within a few minutes walk of the High Street, with lots of cafes, restaurants, super markets and amenities.
The room has a king size bed, and a very sizeable embedded wardrobe as seen in the photos, with lots of space hidden in the wall too. It also has a set of drawers and a small TV stand. The dresser with the mirror and the white cabinet from the photos will not be included, but that leaves extra space for furniture such as a desk.
The flat has a WC with a bathtub, a kitchen with all white goods and a shared lounge with a home cinema. The rent will be 500 pcm (700 in case of couples), and the bills are around 120 pounds per month on top, including fiber optic broadband, council tax, energy, gas, water.
With regards to me, I am an engineering professional working in central London. I love cooking, a friendly conversation, watching movies/TV series, so if you are also a film buff you can feel right at home.
