I am renting a spacious double room in a block 5-10min walk from Tower Hill (same distance with Aldgate east and Shadwell). In a walking distance from Brick Lane/Shoreditch. Close to St Katherine Docks and Waitrose.

The apartment is made of 2 bedrooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a balcony. The room for rent would have its ensuite.

There is a common rooftop also from which you can have a stunning view of the city a canary wharf.
Looking for a worker/professional, which is clean and tidy (especially in the common areas), who possibly has common interests (food&wine, sports, etc.). Would prefer to share with females due to past experience.

Rent: 1100 per month + bills (ca. 150 each - including also broadband and cleaning every 2 weeks)
