You would be sharing this massive 3 bed flat over 2 floors with huge separate living room and dining areas with just one person (a lovely professional 34yr old girl) who currently occupies 2 other rooms and has her own separate bathroom, office space and even fridge. This has been incredible in the lockdown situation as we barely even see each other both working from home, yet we’ve had lots of living room space to have movie & wine nights in. I’m actually very sad to be leaving this amazing place!

LOCATION:
Is epic!! Central and well-connected yet very quiet and remote. Thames river front is literally outside (perfect for sunbathing, running or sunset watching), with Tower Bridge views. London Bridge and Shad Thames are just over the bridge, the gorgeous St Katherine’s Dock with a massive Waitrose is just round the corner and Wapping canals, beaches and parks are all around in the other direction. Tennis courts are 15 mins walk away. It has honestly been an incredible, most perfect place to be during the pandemic year! Thames river walk runs in both directions towards Battersea Park and Greenwich – if you like to run, walk or cycle you will love this.

10 minute walk to Tower Hill/Tower Gateway, Aldgate/Aldgate East and Wapping stations, so covered from all directions and tube/DLR/Overground lines. Bus right outside going into central.

The tenancy contract runs until 31 July, when it gets renewed for another year. So you will then be both asked whether you want to stay or leave. We are free to move whenever, as long as we find a replacement tenant.

PROCESS AND FEES

3. The agency will then need you to pass the referencing and supply the agency with photo id (passport) and proof of address and fill out a form.
