Hi there,

My name is Louie, and I'm studying and working at the university of manchester remotely. I have had the flat for more than a year now. I love it but sadly my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend when the lease ends in July. I'm looking for someone who can take over his room and sign a new lease with me.

I'm quite sociable, so I'm looking for more than just someone who occupies the room. But I value privacy and alone time as well, a balance shall be carried out :)

The flat is on Tooley street (SE1), just off tower bridge road. It's a 10-minute walk to London Bridge station and a 15-minute walk to Tower Hill station. The flat is furnished, and the room that's being let has a double bed and built-in book shelves. You might need to bring your own nightstand. I have a few plants in the living area, and I always welcome more plants if you have them.

Bills are not included, however, it comes to around £70 pcm (per person) with electricity and gas, water, and fast broadband (100 mbp, ideal for wfh as well). If you need to pay council tax, you get a discount by sharing the flat with me.

Anyone can enquire, the agency is Williams Lynch (now merged with Stirling Ackroyd), and they will do their background and reference check.

*The outside of the building is being renovated, the council said it would be done by the end of the summer (this is a historical building that withstood the Blitz!). The construction poses no additional noise.
