We are a very friendly couple moving out of London so are looking for a tenant to move in from the 1st of August with a contact of 1 year+.

The flat is extremely spacious with lots of light. It has a combined kitchen and living room, with high ceilings, plenty of kitchen storage, large gas oven and all other amenities. There are storage areas in the bedroom so you have more than enough space for storage. The flat is not a studio, the bedroom and bathroom are separate and you get the whole flat to yourself.

The transport links are great, you have Tower Hill station 10 minutes walk away (it says around 15 on maps but it is far shorter), 10 minutes to Wapping station and 15 minutes to Shadwell station.

The area is very safe, it is apart of a gated community of houses and the surroundings are very calm. You can find a big Waitrose just opposite the neighbourhood as well as a Sainsburys local 2 minutes away.
